At rydoo i was tasked with creating a marketable analytical tool for our SaaS Clients in order to enable them to analyze their expense behaviour. The product is still marketet by rydoo and helped grow the internal revenue as well as the insight of the customers.

I was responsible for consolidating various data sources to ensure stable reporting for the 'Door to Door' Sales Channel. This task was challenging due to multiple acquisitions of telecommunications companies, each with different data structures. By restructuring and mapping these diverse sources, I provided the sales teams with stable, comparable, and unified data. This enabled the success of the sales team to be tracked and controlled across all relevant companies.

Trei is a Real Estate Company which hired me to formulate and implement a complete BI Infrastructure. From a rudimentary use of Excel Reporting extracted from SAP i switched to Microsoft Fabric based Infrastructure with Power BI as a BI Tool which fitted the needs of the company perfectly. An ongoing challenge is the gathering of Data for a future ESG Report.

At Alpha Calcit, I consolidated a multi-entity data model into Microsoft Fabric, designing a governed lakehouse and a certified semantic model as a single source of truth. I then delivered a unified Power BI management reporting suite with shared KPIs, RLS, and incremental refresh. This gave leadership consistent cross-entity visibility, faster closes, and far less manual reconciliation.
